yeah. but i mean if you surround yourself with cats because you’re a lonely and sad person, why isn’t it the same with dogs? if i want animals to keep me company i can have dogs as well, why should i necessarily have cats? like i don’t know whatever i just think it’s a little bit weird but it’s not really an important thing
lol of course it’s not important..it’s just a funny stereotype. Do what makes you happy. I get what you were saying, but I think the stereotype comes from the fact that in general people have more cats than dogs and cats allow you to be a recluse, shut away from society moreso than dogs which (if you’re a decent owner) should be taken for walks at least once a day. So to me it has some solid foundation. I am a cat person myself though. And I hope to have many more animals in my life.
